Puttin' Some Snass on it

Because it has been so long, I'm going to try and rattle everything off as it comes to mind. Hardly a cogent analysis, but rather a bipolarity that only your crazy Nana could rival.

Since last I bored you with text and narrative, the dregular has continued to linger in the purgatory that most, if not all, web comics inhabit. No updates, no v.3, no webstore... A melange of reasons constitute my lack of progress and attention.

I was pretty sick there for a while, but I figured I was definitely overdue for some bizarre malady given my lengthy medical history. A minor blip, but still. I survived you again, Baby Jesus. Face it, i'm like a fucking Highlander, if Highlanders lived on a steady diet of Ramen and untoasted, frozen waffles. Maybe i'm just more like the Highlander theme song. Regardless, while whatever doesn't kill you supposedly makes you stronger, I prefer Dennis Miller's rendition which reads, "whatever doesn't kill you, messes you up for a long time and you're lucky to ever get it back together again!"

Jokes.

I truly don't know if my Tuesday/Thursday posting schedule is 1) realistic for my schedule; or 2) is really "jazzin' my 'nads" like it used to. I think that one of the things I initially enjoyed most about drawing dregular comics was only posting when inspiration struck or when something so fantastically human and preposterous would happen. And I think that'swhat i'm going to from now on. All the emails have been great, so thanks, but I think I need to cut this back a bit. Plus, if I lose another fucking button maker eBay auction, I will be less of a man. Yes, that was most definitely a joke.

Fall has definitely arrived in Boston and I'm loving that. I haven't experienced a real Massachusetts fall since leaving for college 34.678 years ago. Not that the season doesn't exist in upstate New York, or elsewhere, it's just different and much prettier here. And ofcourse the seasonal pumpkin bread muffins at Dunkin' Donuts are an added plus.

And pretty much that's it. I'll be out of the country next month for a long-overdue vacation for my bday. But no matter, comics and posts will come when they come from now on.

And if you haven't already, put some snass on it. I know I will...
